Getting more from life, work and sport

When we know there are things we want to achieve in life and we are not getting the results we want, this invariably comes from a lack of clarity in our goals, anxiety about our ability to achieve them or internal patterns that frustrate them.

Coaching is a positive, outcomes-led programme of one-to-one sessions that brings focus and energy to the achievement of your business, career, sporting or life goals.  It will help you identify the limiting beliefs and behaviours that have held you back and then release your full potential to achieve more of what you want.

I bring to our sessions not only my experience as a therapist and NLP Master Practitioner but over 20 years management experience across both small and multi-national companies.  I also co-developed and presented a course on Personal Effectiveness for the School of Management at the University of Exeter and I am a Member of the Chartered Management Institute.

Over the years I've had the privilege of seeing so many clients make a reality of their dreams and potential;  becoming published authors, setting up consultancy businesses, establishing shops, founding charities, recording songs and winning sports events.

We begin with a 50 minute initial session either face-to-face or over the phone.  We will identify the areas you wish to cover, clarify the goals you are seeking, agree how we proceed and formulate the first actions.

We then hold pre-arranged telephone coaching sessions on a weekly basis for one month and fortnightly for the next  2 months, although the programme is flexible and can be tailored to suit your particular needs.

It's been known for a long time that in sport what differentiates someone who plays from someone who consistently excels is not so much their skills but their mental approach.  And what applies in sport is equally true at work and for musicians, students, artists, writers and .... well, anyone who wants to be the best.
