Because I believe it is important for you to know how I can help you before you decide to go ahead, I always offer a free initial
consultation. There is never any obligation for you to carry on unless you want to.
Over 15 minutes or so we can talk
about what has been going on, what you are seeking, how I would approach it and I can answer any questions you may have.
Most of all, this time gives you the opportunity to see whether you feel I am the right person for you.
I always allow an hour and a half for that consultation so the option is there for you to carry on for the first session
if you want but there is no obligation to do so.
The first session, whether you go straight into it or book
for another time, will be 70 minutes and subsequent sessions will be about 50 minutes, usually a week to 10 days apart.
There may be times when a longer session will be arranged for a particular purpose or, towards the end of our programme,
sessions that are shorter or longer apart may be more appropriate.
The number of sessions required will vary according
to each individual and what we are working to achieve. For some issues a single session can be all that you need, for
others it may be more. Rarely do I see clients for more than 8 sessions.
In your initial consultation I will
try to indicate the amount of sessions that I believe you will need. It is always my intention to help people to achieve what
they are seeking in the shortest possible time.
At no time are you commited to any number of sessions.
