For those who feel they will get more from the company of others, these sessions are ideal as well as being significantly cheaper than 1-2-1 appointments.
 
Sessions are run regularly throughout the year, each series of weekly sessions is available during the day or evening to allow those who work to attend without the need to take time away from their jobs.
 
These are highly practical sessions and are held in a relaxed setting where numbers are limited to a small group to ensure you get the attention you need to help you sort out your unique issues.
 
Based on the latest techniques of CBT and NLP, these sessions are designed to help you to do far more than just cope with anxiety and stress.  They are are about changing it for good.  They are packed with very practical techniques, tools and excercises that have long been known to be highly effective.  Above all the sessions are designed to help you integrate what we do into your everyday life.

Group Sessions
It doesn't matter what form of anxiety you have or how serious it seems, these sessions will help you overcome it.
 
Anxiety comes from the past but it affects us now because of what we do now.  It is very much a pattern and therefore is easier to change than you imagine.
 
Over just 8 weeks this series will help you understand your anxiety and then to change it - for good.
 
The sessions will help you to learn how your current thinking and behaviour keeps your anxiety in place and is probably even making it worse day by day. 
 
But most of all these session will show you exactly how you can change your thinking and behaviour and discover how to live life without anxiety in the future. 
 
The next series of sessions will commence in September and will run on Wednesdays
 
          at 12.00 in the morning 
 
          or 6.30 in the evening
